The Breath
Where do we begin and the breath ends? It links us with energy and to the breath of life within and without….the breath of our own nature and the world.
The breath is a way to come back home. When I get lost or out on a limb, I come back to my breath and it reminds me that I am home. It is the most intimate part of ourselves. We come into this life with the breath and it will be the last thing we do as we die. It knows us better than anyone. It permeates every cell and teaches us to come back home to the body.
